• Expertise in complex tech stacks: CRM, data warehouses, BI, and analytics.
• Ability to drive enterprise system implementations and organizational change.

• Provide strategic leadership for technical and data strategy across PPFA fundraising.
• Unify development tech and data operations into a cohesive, scalable division.
• Lead donor data strategy and governance for enterprise fundraising impact.
• Partner with finance, legal, and fundraising units to drive analytics-enabled decisions.
• Oversee a large team of data, analytics, and technology professionals.
