Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 10+ years of commercial lending experience.
• Strong relationship management and business development/sales skills.
• Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Thorough knowledge of bank products and services.
• Ability to work effectively with individuals and groups in managing customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a complex portfolio of companies with $50MM–$1B revenue, primarily in Omaha, NE.
• Drive new client acquisition and deepen existing relationships.
• Structure credit facilities that support growth, liquidity, and capital strategies.
• Provide strategic financial advice and identify cross-sell opportunities across the bank's product suite.
• Collaborate with credit teams to ensure sound credit practices and portfolio health.
