Job summary

Cyberdata Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Senior Vice President (SVP), CFO Services to lead and grow our financial advisory practice in a hybrid role in Old Town Alexandria, VA.

You will provide strategic CFO guidance, oversee QofE, due diligence, and transaction advisory engagements, and expand client relationships with PE firms and corporate clients. The role requires 10+ years in TAS/Deals/QofE, CPA preferred, and strong leadership and communication skills for senior stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
• CPA designation strongly preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in Transaction Advisory Services (TAS), Deals Advisory, Quality of Earnings (QofE), or related financial consulting services.
• Proven experience leading financial due diligence and transaction advisory engagements.
• Experience advising private equity firms, portfolio companies, middle-market businesses, or corporate clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Quality of Earnings (QofE), financial due diligence, and transaction advisory engagements.
• Provide strategic CFO advisory services to clients, including financial planning, performance improvement, and operational optimization.
• Advise clients on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and other strategic transactions.
• Analyze financial statements, business performance, cash flow, working capital, and key operational metrics.
• Present findings and recommendations to executive leadership teams, investors, and stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted financial advisor.
• Identify and pursue business development opportunities to grow the CFO Services practice.
• Mentor and develop junior team members while fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
• Lead multiple client engagements while ensuring quality, timeliness, and client satisfaction.
