Job summary

Vaco by Highspring seeks a strategic Chief Financial Officer to partner with the CEO, Board, and PE sponsors in Scottsdale to drive financial strategy and growth. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline required; CPA designation required.
• Minimum of 15 years of progressive leadership experience within finance and accounting at executive level.
• Experience as CFO, Vice President of Finance, or similar senior financial leadership role.
• Proven experience partnering with private equity-backed organizations and driving value creation.
• Extensive M&A experience including due diligence, transaction execution, integration, and post-acquisition optimization.
• Deep expertise in strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, modeling, and performance management.
• Track record leading growth, ERP implementations, and process improvements for scalability.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic financial leadership with long-term plans, budgets, forecasts, and growth initiatives aligning with business objectives.
• Partner with CEO, Board, and PE sponsors to drive performance and shareholder value.
• Lead all accounting, finance, treasury, FP&A, HR, and compliance functions with strong internal controls and regulatory compliance.
• Evaluate and execute mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic transactions, including financial due diligence and integration planning.
