The VP role leads broker distribution growth, builds premium via strategic partnerships, and drives AI-native distribution initiatives in a fully remote organization.

Formación

• 15+ years in P&C insurance distribution.
• 7+ years at VP level.
• Proven record of scaling a distribution channel and delivering premium growth.
• Deep relationships across small commercial distribution.

• Own a clear mandate to scale distribution relationships and grow premium.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive premium growth and build strategic partnerships with distribution partners.
• Lead AI-native and digital distribution initiatives, including MCP and API.
• Set distribution strategy and manage team performance and reporting.

Qualifications:

• 15+ years in P&C insurance distribution, including 7+ years at VP level.
• Proven record of scaling a distribution channel and delivering measurable premium growth.
• Deep relationships across small commercial distribution landscape.
• Fully remote company with Thimble Fridays (early close).
