Strong background selling enterprise applications to executive buyers.

Responsibilities

Define and execute the Americas go-to-market strategy to accelerate ARR growth.
Lead and develop high-performing sales leaders and teams across market segments.
Align Sales, Customer Success, Solution Consulting, Marketing, and Product for acquisition, retention, and expansion.
Evolve sales motions for AI-enabled, outcome-based buying journeys.
Champion field excellence through coaching, enablement, and talent development.
