Job summary

Cornerstone OnDemand is seeking a transformational Senior Vice President, Americas Sales to lead our go-to-market strategy and drive ARR growth across the Americas. This executive will lead a large enterprise sales organization and partner with Customer Success, Solution Consulting, Marketing, Product, and alliances to maximize customer value.

The ideal candidate is strategic yet hands-on, with a proven track record growing revenue in enterprise software during market and technology

Qualifications

15+ years of sales leadership in enterprise software or SaaS.
Proven track record leading large-scale revenue organizations.
Experience guiding organizations through transformations or acquisitions.
Understanding of AI principles and data-driven outcomes for workforce solutions.
Strong ability to partner across CS, Solution Consulting, Marketing and Product.

Responsibilities

Define and execute the Americas go-to-market strategy to accelerate ARR growth.
Lead and develop high-performing sales leaders and teams across market segments.
Align Sales, Customer Success, Solution Consulting, Marketing, and Product to optimize acquisitions, retention, and expansion.
Evolve sales motions for AI-enabled, outcome-based buying journeys.
Coach and develop talent; drive execution and field excellence.
Partner with executives to drive predictable revenue growth and operational excellence.
Leverage market insights and customer feedback to influence strategy and innovation.
Build a culture focused on accountability, customer outcomes, and continuous learning.
