Citi is seeking a Digital Software Engineering Lead Analyst in Tampa, FL to architect and build enterprise-grade Agentic AI solutions at scale. You will design end-to-end AI systems, integrate data from multiple sources, and lead cross-functional teams across data engineering, architecture, and product.

The role requires deep expertise in ML/LLMs, RAG, data pipelines, and cloud-native deployment. You will mentor engineers and shape GenAI strategy within a regulated enterprise.

Formación

• 10+ years in software engineering, AI/ML or systems architecture.
• Proven track record deploying enterprise-grade AI systems in production.
• Deep knowledge of ML, LLMs, data pipelines and cloud engineering.

Responsabilidades

• Design and build agentic AI systems, including autonomous agents and orchestration workflows.
• Architect fault-tolerant, scalable AI solutions with modern agent frameworks.
• Define end-to-end AI system blueprint, including data integration and governance.
• Evaluate LLMs, embeddings, vector stores, and middleware for enterprise needs.
• Lead data pipelines for large-scale unstructured data processing and observability.
