Job summary

Telecare's Muriel Wright Recovery Center SUTS provides substance use treatment services to adults, including individual and group counseling, assessments, and discharge planning. You will participate in case management and referrals in a supportive residential setting.

The role emphasizes sensitivity to diverse populations, continuous certification, and adherence to regulatory requirements. It involves working within the Telecare framework to help clients transition toward recovery and stability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or G.E.D. (required).
• Registered Alcohol and Drug Technician (RADT) certification required by DHCS/NCCA with 1 year RADT experience in an AOD program.
• Must maintain active certification and continued education as required by licensing board.
• Ability to learn billing codes within 2 months of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group counseling and family counseling.
• Complete ASAM assessments, treatment and discharge planning.
• Conduct case management, linkages, referrals, and other supportive services for adults.
• Support recovery in a residential setting within a telecare program.
