Job summary

Vigor Marine Group is seeking a Sustainment & Support Project Manager in Vancouver, WA. This position is responsible for leading the planning and execution of sustainment-related efforts across naval shipbuilding and lifecycle support programs. You will manage schedules, budgets, and ensure customer satisfaction while coordinating cross-functional teams.

An ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree related to Engineering or Business and over 8 years of relevant experience, including project management within the defense or shipbuilding sectors.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in program management or related field.
• Experience with project controls and performance reporting.
• Familiarity with lifecycle support concepts.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of sustainment-related efforts.
• Develop and manage program budgets.
• Cooperate with cross-functional teams for integrated deliverables.
