Job summary
Peraton Sustainment Division is seeking a Lead to provide division-level leadership for OM&S and engineering execution supporting NORAD/USSPACECOM at Cheyenne Mountain Complex. This role ensures operational readiness, drives modernization, and maintains long-term reliability in a classified environment.

Qualifications
- Active DoD Top Secret clearance required; ability to obtain SCI access.
- Experience leading operations and sustainment within large DoD programs.
- Strong systems engineering and lifecycle sustainment knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Oversee OM&S operations supporting critical NORAD/USSPACECOM mission systems.
- Lead engineering, sustainment, cybersecurity, software, and operations teams.
- Ensure 24/7 mission readiness and system availability across distributed environments.
- Develop long-term sustainment and modernization strategies.
- Manage engineering changes, lifecycle maintenance, and technology refresh efforts.
- Track sustainment metrics, SLAs, KPIs, and readiness objectives.
- Coordinate priorities with Government, partners, and subcontractors.
- Support customer working groups with sustainment updates and recommendations.
- Support contract transition and knowledge transfer activities.
- Identify and mitigate sustainment risks across cost, schedule, and technical performance.
