Olympus Corporation of the Americas is seeking a Senior Operations Analyst, Sustaining R&D in Massachusetts (Westborough). The role focuses on data collection, synthesis, analysis and reporting to support SUS R&D operations and governance; collaboration with global teams and finance is essential.

The position emphasizes KPI reporting, dashboard development with PowerBI and Sensei IQ, and cross-functional coordination with project leads and regional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in engineering, finance, business, economics or similar quantitative fields.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in data/analytics, R&D sustaining, or related operations.
• Advanced MS Office skills with emphasis on Excel, PowerPoint and MS Project.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with ability to synthesize data from multiple sources.
• Experience creating reports and tools to analyze and evaluate data and support leadership decisions.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with limited direction.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills in a global matrix organization.

Responsibilities

• Collect, synthesize, analyze and manage data from multiple sources to support leadership presentations and BU decisions.
• Collaborate with PELs, PMs, GRDLs, gPMO, CAPA governance, and others on multiple projects.
• Develop and support KPI reporting, dashboards and scorecards with PowerBI and Sensei IQ.
• Create clear visual representations of complex data relationships and document methodologies.
• Partner with analysts and project managers to enhance repeatable processes and practices.
• Support Strategy with data alignment and accuracy across the SFBP program.
