Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, finance, business, economics or similar quantitative fields.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in data/analytics projects, R&D sustaining projects or operations.
• Strong financial/business acumen and mindset.
• Advanced mastery of Microsoft Office (Excel, MS Project, PowerPoint).
• Excellent analytical and complex problem-solving skills with reporting tools.
• Ability to synthesize information from multiple data sources for leadership decisions.

Responsibilities

• Collect, synthesize, analyze and manage data from multiple sources to support BU decision making.
• Collaborate with PELs, PMs, GRDLs, gPMO and CAPA governance teams.
• Develop and support SUS org KPI reporting and dashboards (PowerBI, Sensei IQ).
• Create visual representations of data and ensure documented methodologies.
• Partner with analysts and project managers to build repeatable processes and best practices.
• Support Strategy alignment with data accuracy and enterprise processes.
