Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in data science, computer science, analytics, mathematics, engineering, or related disciplines.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in data analysis, data science, or equivalent area; healthcare/medical device/life sciences preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years designing, implementing, and interpreting statistical analyses including forecasting, segmentation, and multivariate forecasting.
• Minimum of 5 years project management experience leading data projects cross-functionally.
• Experience with Python or R and expertise with enterprise data science platforms.
• Experience with AI model planning, implementation, and validation in enterprise environment.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Ability to understand technical and clinical needs.
• Ability to transform business problems into data solutions.
• Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven experience developing data capability for complex projects.
• Self-motivated with proactive mindset.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication (PowerPoint, presentations).
• Detail oriented with high-quality deliverables.
• Travel <10% (domestic and international).

Responsibilities

• Translate complex business questions into actionable data queries and advanced analytical solutions supporting business planning, strategy, and KPI measurement.
• Lead development of driver-based market models: design, build, and validate market models, forecasting, and segmentation using scalable data science and AI techniques.
• Execute analytics initiatives for global market models, procedure volume analytics, epidemiology analytics, and market KPI dashboards.
• Create scalable analytics solutions leveraging external and internal data assets for integrated driver-based market models and quarterly KPI analysis.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses using statistics and machine learning to uncover actionable insights and support data-driven decisions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Market Intelligence & Analytics and other functions to standardize analytics processes and deliver insights.
• Establish and maintain analytics standards to ensure consistency, quality, and scalability of solutions.
• Provide expert consultation on market analytics methodologies and trends.
• Deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
