Job summary

ITW Medical is seeking a Sustaining Engineering Manager to lead product lifecycle management, continuous improvement, and engineering change control across the Medical Division.

You will build and coach the Sustaining Engineering team, drive cost reductions using ITW Toolbox principles, collaborate with customers and suppliers, and ensure products meet quality and regulatory requirements while delivering strong business results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years of engineering experience.
• Experience in high-volume manufacturing environments; medical device experience strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of plastic part design, manufacturing, and injection molding preferred.
• Experience with engineering analysis tools such as CFD, FEA, and 3D modeling.
• SolidWorks experience preferred.
• Strong project management, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and drive business results.
