Job summary

Crusoe Energy Systems LLC seeks a Sustaining Engineering Leader to own how Spark modules perform after deployment and drive continuous improvement. You will work with Product and Field Operations to turn field data into design requirements and ensure reliability across the fleet.

As the single-threaded leader of this function, you will build a team as the fleet expands, focusing on MTBF, telemetry, and cost-effective service life performance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in hardware sustainment or reliability engineering for complex systems.
• Experience with fielded fleet maintenance, MTBF analysis, and telemetry.
• Strong problem-solving and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Own fleet performance improvements for Spark modules post-deployment.
• Lead FRACAS and implement verified fixes across fleets.
• Manage ECOs, configuration baselines, and obsolescence planning.
• Coordinate with Data Center Facility Ops and Field Ops for design input.
