Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of five (5) years of product engineering experience.
• No immigration sponsorship or relocation benefits; candidates must reside within 50 miles of Syracuse, NY.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and sustaining engineering support for Eaton's hazardous and industrial electrical products.
• Own product lifecycle management to keep products safe, manufacturable, cost-competitive and aligned with customer needs.
• Develop and maintain engineering documentation (CAD models, drawings, BOMs, ECOs, work instructions, SOPs).
• Lead complex engineering investigations, cost-reduction initiatives, supplier transitions, and regulatory compliance efforts.
