The Spring Engineering Co-op Program is a paid 16-week internship located in Spencer, Indiana. Each Co-op receives a direct mentor and works on real projects in medical device manufacturing, with housing stipend, 401(k), fitness center access, and capstone presentation opportunities.

Programs include assignments in Post-Market and Sustaining Engineering, offering hands-on experience in a regulated industry and exposure to cross-functional teams and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Enrollment in an accredited college/university is required.
• GPA of 3.0 or higher preferred.
• Eligible candidates are Sophomore, Junior, or Senior undergrad or graduate engineering students.

Responsibilities

• Support projects across areas like Process Improvement, Test Method Validation, Production, and Quality Engineering under mentorship.
• Adhere to the Quality Management System (QMS) and regulatory requirements (FDA 21 CFR 820, ISO 13485) and maintain training requirements.
