Job summary

The Reformation Inc. in Williamsburg, VA is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily store operations and drive revenue while delivering an exceptional customer experience focused on sustainability and brand values.

You will recruit, train, and develop the store team, manage scheduling and payroll goals, monitor inventory accuracy, and partner with the Regional Director to meet and exceed store goals while upholding brand standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years Retail Experience
• Minimum of 4 years Retail Management Experience
• Experience in a sales or retail organization and/or operationally intensive business
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross functional team environment
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with diverse personalities
• Drive to take on new challenges with self-motivation for growth
• Ability to set clear objectives and inspire the team
• Set the standard for operational efficiency and processes
• Collaborate strategically with cross-functional partners
• Proactive and entrepreneurial sense of urgency
• Keen eye for identifying new business opportunities
• Understanding of Retail Labor Laws

Responsibilities

• Measure and monitor sales performance and take action to improve results
• Own operational execution to meet revenue targets while managing budget and expenses
• Apply business acumen to understand drivers and opportunities and build solutions
• Consistently meet and exceed store sales goals
• Deliver an elevated client experience and embody brand values
• Lead the sales floor and provide an excellent customer experience
• Coach team in the moment for continuous improvement
• Balance sales and service with right staffing and payroll goals
• Maintain exceptional customer experience NPS scores
• Uphold inventory accuracy and train staff in loss prevention
• Oversee facility maintenance, presentation, and organization
• Lead merchandising standards and use product reporting to improve experience and productivity
• Provide feedback to corporate on product performance and allocations
• Train and develop talent in visual and digital merchandising
• Manage day-to-day retail team performance and develop careers
• Hire, train, and develop store team across all areas
• Provide performance feedback for growth and improvements
• Collaborate with Regional Director for activation and communications
• Own reviews, development plans, and corrective actions
