Job summary

Amcor is seeking a proactive team member to assist with human resources and logistics support. You will help organize employee files, prepare for onboarding, track inventory, assist with packaging and labeling, and support safety audits.

Qualifications

• Assisting with organizing employee files and updating records.
• Assisting with orientation preparation.
• Participating in planning employee engagement activities.
• Assisting with cycle counts and inventory tracking.
• Observing inventory control procedures and stock management.
• Assisting with packaging and labeling of outgoing shipments.
• Assisting in checking incoming deliveries and verifying contents.
• Observing logistics and transportation coordination.
• Observing product inspections.
• Assisting with data entry and documentation of quality metrics.
• Assisting with safety audits and inspections.

Responsibilities

• Organize and maintain employee files and records.
• Support orientation preparation and onboarding activities.
• Help coordinate employee engagement events.
• Track inventory through cycle counts and stock checks.
• Support packaging, labeling, and outbound shipments processes.
• Verify incoming deliveries and contents for accuracy.
