Job Description

Responsibilities for Operations Support Specialist

  • Manage document accuracy. requires complex knowledge of customers, carriers, and procedures..

  • Provide ongoing training to employees on procedures, protocols, and computer systems.

  • Establish and reinforce department regulations, guidelines and timelines.

  • Effectively complete operational responsibilities for appropriate individuals / positions.

  • Ensure operational support in the areas of service, inventory, and production

  • Ensure safety programs and standards are followed..

  • The operations support role is to assist and ensure the right processes and practices across the organization.

  • Maintain regular communication with leadership in order to report problems and/or safety hazards.

  • Ensure training program administered and identify additional training areas for development of staff.

Qualifications for Operations Support Specialist

  • Bachelor's Degree in business, computer science, engineering or computer science engineering, or equivalent experience..

  • Is a natural problem solver with time management, training, and critical thinking skills.
