Job summary

Environmental Resources Management (ERM) invites applications for the Consulting Associate, Sustainable Operations role in Boston. You will support technically challenging environmental compliance projects for leading clients while developing your project management and consulting expertise.

You will collaborate with technical experts on regulatory programs, environmental management systems, and best practices, delivering plans, permits, and reports and providing on-site support as needed.

Qualifications

• BS in Chemical, Civil, Environmental, or Mechanical Engineering; MS/PE preferred.
• Recent graduate to 2 years of environmental experience or internships.
• Strong spreadsheet and database skills.

Responsibilities

• Support environmental compliance projects for a diverse client base.
• Develop environmental permits, plans, compliance reports, and technical documentation.
• Conduct environmental compliance assessments and support corrective actions.
• Analyze environmental data and assist with technical report preparation.
• Coordinate project tasks to meet scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives.
• Collaborate with ERM project teams, Partners-in-Charge, and Project Managers to deliver client solutions.
• Provide on-site environmental compliance support as needed.
