Job summary

ERM is seeking a Consulting Senior Associate, Sustainable Operations to join our Hartford team. You will support technically challenging environmental compliance projects for leading industrial and global clients while developing your project management and consulting expertise.

You will work with a team of experts on regulatory programs, EMS, and sustainability initiatives; bachelor’s or master’s degrees preferred, PE license a plus, and 0–2 years of related experience welcome.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on spreadsheet and database comprehension.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience recording and writing detailed technical data and reports is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support environmental, health, and safety compliance projects for a diverse client base.
• Develop environmental permits, plans, compliance reports, and technical documentation.
• Coordinate project tasks to meet scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives.
