Southall Farm & Inn in Franklin, TN seeks a hands-on Landscape Supervisor to lead maintenance of our resort‑style grounds. You will support the Landscape Manager with inspections, task planning, crew oversight, while spending at least 50% of time performing landscape labor.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in landscape maintenance, knowledge of irrigation and low‑voltage lighting, and a commitment to sustainable practices.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in landscape maintenance; supervisory or team lead experience preferred.
• Strong physical work ethic; lead by example in the field.
• Basic knowledge of irrigation systems and low-voltage lighting.
• Commitment to sustainable, environmentally responsible landscaping practices; valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine landscape tasks: mowing, trimming, planting, mulching, and seasonal cleanups.
• Assist with minor irrigation repairs and low-voltage lighting maintenance.
• Ensure all work meets resort standards for aesthetics and environmental care.
• Assist Landscape Manager with weekly property inspections and maintenance planning.
• Lead and coordinate crew to ensure timely, high‑quality work; cover gaps as needed.
