• Strong problem-solving skills with creative and technical approaches.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site analysis and collaborate with surveying team to assess site conditions, opportunities, and constraints.
• Develop conceptual and detailed landscape plans that balance function, aesthetics, and sustainability.
• Partner with engineers, surveyors, planners, and environmental consultants to ensure seamless project integration.
• Incorporate sustainable design principles, green infrastructure, and low-impact development strategies.
• Communicate with client and team to understand needs, present design concepts, and manage expectations.
• Ensure timely delivery and regulatory compliance.
