This role blends creativity with technical expertise, requiring strong skills in site planning, sustainable design, and a solid understanding of land surveying and civil site principles. You will collaborate with engineers, surveyors, planners, and environmental consultants to deliver integrated

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in landscape architecture is required.
• Licensure or registration as Landscape Architect in SC or NC preferred.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and related design software.
• Knowledge of sustainable design and low‑impact development practices.
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical abilities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with local, state, and federal landscape codes and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site analyses and collaborate with surveying teams to assess conditions.
• Develop conceptual and detailed landscape plans balancing function and aesthetics.
• Partner with engineers, surveyors, planners, and environmental consultants for project integration.
• Incorporate sustainable design, green infrastructure, and low-impact development.
• Communicate with clients and team members to understand needs and present concepts.
• Ensure timely delivery and regulatory compliance.
• Ensure designs align with zoning codes and environmental requirements.
