This role blends creativity with technical expertise in site planning, sustainable design, and understanding land surveying and civil site principles, with collaboration across engineers and environmental consultants.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in landscape architecture is required.
• 2+ years of experience as a landscape designer/architect, with site planning exposure.
• Experience collaborating with engineers, surveyors, planners, and environmental consultants.
• Knowledge of sustainable design and low-impact development practices.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site analysis and collaborate with surveying team to assess site conditions, opportunities, and constraints.
• Develop conceptual and detailed landscape plans balancing function, aesthetics, and sustainability.
• Partner with engineers, surveyors, planners, and environmental consultants to ensure project integration.
• Incorporate sustainable design principles, green infrastructure, and low-impact development strategies.
• Communicate with clients and team members to understand needs, present concepts, and manage expectations.
• Ensure timely delivery and regulatory compliance.
• Ensure designs align with zoning codes, environmental requirements, and industry standards.
