Applicants should have a bachelor's in landscape architecture and 2+ years of relevant experience,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in landscape architecture is required.
• Working towards licensure or a Registered Landscape Architect is preferred in SC/NC.
• 2+ years of experience as a landscape designer/architect with site planning/design.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD is required.
• Knowledge of sustainable design and low-impact development practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills with both creative and technical approaches.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Knowledge of local, state, and federal landscape design codes and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site analysis and collaborate with surveying team to assess conditions.
• Develop conceptual and detailed landscape plans balancing function, aesthetics and sustainability.
• Partner with engineers, surveyors, planners and environmental consultants for project integration.
• Incorporate sustainable design principles and low-impact development strategies.
• Communicate with clients and team to present concepts and manage expectations.
• Ensure timely delivery and regulatory compliance.
• Ensure designs align with zoning codes, environmental requirements and industry standards.
