Stark Tech is seeking a Project Manager to lead delivery from planning through completion, coordinating internal teams and external vendors to fulfill project commitments while maintaining quality and safety standards. You will monitor scope, budget, timeline, and resources to optimize outcomes and drive customer satisfaction.

The role emphasizes building infrastructure and energy-reduction initiatives with a focus on sustainability.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of project management experience in building infrastructure or energy projects.
• Associate degree required.
• Knowledge of the construction or HVAC industry.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of project management from planning to completion.
• Review technical documents and respond to inquiries promptly.
• Monitor and track project costs and progress against objectives.
• Manage relationships with contractors, staff, and vendors for effective resource allocation.
• Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to define scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Ensure compliance with contractual commitments and company policies.
• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders and provide regular project status updates.
• Travel to project sites; maintain a valid Driver's License.
• Prepare for and pass extensive background checks as needed for site access.
