Job summary

Johnson Controls in Arizona is seeking a Construction Project Manager for Sustainable Infrastructure to oversee construction management of assigned projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery and adherence to the contract scope. You will develop and maintain relationships with customers and subcontractors, perform cost estimating, scheduling and project controls to drive profitability.

Qualifications

Minimum of five (5) years of direct project management experience in Building Construction.
Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management or Architecture.
Experience with HVAC controls, BAS, Fire and Security systems is desired.

Responsibilities

Oversees construction management of assigned projects to meet schedule, budget and scope.
Develops and maintains customer and Subcontractor relationships.
Performs cost estimating, scheduling and project management duties.
Ensures profitability and cash flow for assigned projects.
Maintains safety programs and compliance with regulations.
