Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture required; Master’s preferred.
• 5+ years of professional architectural experience.
• Experience with mid-to-large healthcare projects is preferred.
• Registered Architect (RA) licensure is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire project teams on mid-to-large healthcare projects.
• Translate design intent into construction documents with PMs, engineers, and clients.
• Oversee junior staff and consultants to meet quality, budget, and schedule goals.
• Conduct design reviews, code analyses, and coordinate approvals with officials.
• Manage Construction Administration tasks, including RFIs, submittals, and site visits.
• Present design concepts to clients and represent the firm in meetings.
• Foster mentorship and growth within the team.
