Job summary

PAE is seeking an Electrical Engineering Intern to join our team in an on-site capacity at one of our major offices in the U.S. The 10 to 12 week paid program provides hands-on experience in sustainable building design, with exposure to electrical load calculations, NEC reviews, PV systems, CAD/Revit, and MEP coordination.

Ideal candidates are in 3rd year of an Electrical Engineering program, passionate about sustainable design, and eager to contribute to Living Buildings and high-profile

Qualifications

3rd year undergraduate student preferred.
Desire to work in the Building Design industry.
Passionate about sustainable design solutions.
Effective communicator.

Renewable Energies
Research PV, Wind, Fuel Cell technologies
Layout/design/calculations of PV System
Emerging Technologies (BIPV, level III car charge, CIGS PV, etc.)

General project timeline/overview
