Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience working with young children in childcare or educational setting.
• Knowledge of child development and classroom safety standards.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow lesson plans and support the Certified Teacher.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Certified Teacher in implementing daily lesson plans and learning experiences.
• Maintain an organized, eco-minded classroom environment.
• Supervise children during classroom activities, meals, transitions, and outdoor experiences.
• Support family communication and engagement.
• Attend required training and collaborate with the teaching team on sustainability initiatives.
