Job summary

PAE is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support the advancement of sustainable design through project pursuits and client engagement. This role involves collaboration with Marketing Lead and Managers while ensuring the quality of marketing materials.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant experience in an A/E/C or mission-driven environment.
• Exposure to or interest in sustainability, architecture, or engineering communications is a plus.
• Ability to prioritize deadlines and tasks with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Develop working relationships with Project Managers and external partners.
• Track public and subscription-based leads, prepare Go/No-Go summaries.
• Provide quality control review of marketing materials.
