Job summary

Perkins&Will on Bainbridge Island seeks an Architect to assist in predesign and all design phases of corporate, educational, and institutional projects. Qualifications

• Bachelor of Architecture (5 year) or foreign equivalent, plus internship.
• Experience assisting in predesign and all design phases for facilities including educational and commercial projects.
• Experience with BIM coordination for commercial projects, and transportation/aviation sectors.

Responsibilities

• Assist in predesign and all design phases of projects.
• Prepare presentations, space spreadsheets, and the Developed Project Program document.
• Coordinate with MEP, civil, structural, and other consultants to integrate building systems.
• Develop design documents and BIM models for construction documentation.
