The role emphasizes certifications, holistic sustainable design, and cross-functional teamwork to meet climate goals and improve building performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of relevant professional experience including sustainability project management and decarbonization.
• Experience with third-party sustainable building certifications, especially LBC and LEED.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Sustainable Building Standards program and HHBA implementation.
• Support capital projects to achieve SBS and decarbonization goals.
• Engage stakeholders and provide guidance on certification and design reviews.
