About the Role

Our client, a progressive firm committed to promoting sustainable practices in the built environment, is seeking a talented Sustainable Building Consultant for a fully remote contract role. This position will focus on advising on and implementing green building strategies across various architectural projects, primarily within the East London, Eastern Cape region, but with the flexibility to work from anywhere in South Africa. You will be responsible for conducting sustainability assessments, recommending energy‑efficient solutions, and assisting project teams in achieving green building certifications (e.g., Green Star SA). This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to contribute their expertise to environmentally conscious design and construction, helping to reduce the ecological footprint of buildings and create healthier spaces. Your remote contribution will be vital to our client's mission.
