Key Responsibilities

• Knowledge of South African green building rating systems and standards.
• Familiarity with building physics and environmental performance analysis.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Strong report writing and presentation skills.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Green Star SA Accredited Professional) are highly advantageous.
