Job summary

VOX Global, based in Washington, DC, seeks a Managing Supervisor for Sustainability Reporting + Strategy to lead regulated reporting engagements for global clients.

You will guide gap assessments, disclosure roadmaps, and data gathering across legal, finance, sustainability, and investor relations, ensuring timely, compliant deliverables while mentoring junior staff in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in sustainability/ESG reporting.
• Direct experience with CSRD, CSDDD, and ISSB IFRS disclosures.
• Ability to lead gap assessments and disclosure strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead regulated sustainability reporting engagements and client roadmaps.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across legal, finance, sustainability, and investor relations.
• Manage timelines, budgets, and staffing for multi-workstream projects.
• Provide guidance on evolving regulatory requirements and assurance readiness.
