Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Prior experience in manufacturing or industrial settings preferred.
• Must attain forklift and genie boom certifications within the defined period.
• Ability to operate and maintain production equipment safely.
• Work 12-hour night shifts on a 2-2-3 rotation.

Responsibilities

• Operate recycling equipment and compactors to process plastics, paper, and cardboard.
• Perform routine checks to ensure reliable equipment performance.
• Identify and resolve minor technical issues to maintain operations.
• Maintain compliance with GMP and environmental standards.
• Document recycling activity and equipment performance.
• Segregate recyclable materials within production areas.
• Support emergency response related to waste management.
• Lead project assignments to improve sustainability and processes.
