Job summary

Clean Harbors is seeking a detail-oriented professional to help maintain safety as the top priority while developing and managing a robust waste-solutions supply chain. You will support proposals, pricing guidance, and partner onboarding, staying current with regulatory changes and emerging technologies.

The role requires 2+ years of industry or regulatory experience and travel, with a preference for a bachelor’s degree.

• Knowledge of RCRA and DOT regulations/laws required.
• Travel is required for the role.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize health and safety by following company policies and safe work practices.
• Develop and maintain a strong supply chain network with internal and external partners for sustainable waste solutions.
• Act as internal support for Proposals, Sales, and Business Development on waste solutions including routing, acceptance, capabilities, and pricing guidance.
• Stay updated on processing technologies, regulatory developments, and market trends to support new strategies.
• Assist onboarding of third-party partners and guide investments in expanded processing capabilities.
• Build analytics tools, databases, and playbooks for BD, training, and education on waste solutions.
• Assist with tasks related to the Outbound Disposal Team as needed.

Responsibilities

• Ensure health and safety remains the top priority by following all company policies, procedures, and safe work practices at all times.
• Identify, develop, and maintain a strong supply chain network that includes internal processing operations and external partners to deliver sustainable waste solutions for customer needs.
• Act as an internal support contact for Proposals, Sales, and Business Development teams on sustainable waste solutions, including waste routing, acceptance requirements, service capabilities, and pricing guidance.
• Stay updated on emerging processing technologies, regulatory developments, and market trends to support new operational strategies.
• Support the onboarding of new third-party partners and help guide internal investments in expanded processing capabilities.
• Build and maintain analytical tools, databases, and playbooks to support business development, internal training, and education on sustainable waste solutions.
• Assist with additional responsibilities related to the Outbound Disposal Team as required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of industry or regulatory experience required.
• Strong understanding of RCRA and DOT regulations/laws required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Travel required as part of the role.
