Job summary

Turner Construction Company seeks a Senior Sustainability Manager to lead and coordinate sustainability initiatives across business units. You will coach project teams and leadership, implement programs, and promote strategic pillars.

Develop relationships with subcontractors, vendors, clients, and design partners to advance goals; contribute to pursuits and certifications, and lead green teams. This role requires LEED accreditation or equivalent, strong communication, and the ability to manage

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from accredited program and minimum of 7 years in construction or sustainability.
• LEED accreditation or equivalent green-building credential desired.
• Ability to manage competing demands and adapt to change.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical and presentation skills.
• Excellent collaboration with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Proficient in MS Office and data management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate sustainability programs through workshops and training.
• Promote sustainability pillars with BU management and teams.
• Develop relationships with sustainability subcontractors, vendors, and clients.
• Support business development and client engagements on sustainability.
• Engage in projects targeting sustainable certification and client goals.
• Lead green teams and drive continuous improvement across BUs.
• Participate in project launches and sustainability set-up.
