Job summary

Turner Construction Company in Augusta seeks a Sustainability Lead to coordinate and advance sustainability initiatives across projects. You will serve as a subject matter expert, coaching project teams and leadership on sustainability and resiliency efforts.

You will implement workshops, promote strategic pillars, and build relationships with subcontractors, vendors, and clients to drive shared sustainability goals and certification pursuits.

Qualifications

• Experience leading sustainability and resiliency programs on construction projects.
• Ability to coach teams and communicate sustainability pillars effectively.
• Established relationships with subcontractors, vendors, and clients on sustainability goals.

Responsibilities

• Implement sustainability and resiliency programs through workshops, training, coaching, and knowledge sharing.
• Communicate and promote Sustainability strategic pillars and concepts through targeted conversations and training with project teams and BU management.
• Develop relationships with sustainability related subcontractors, suppliers, vendors, manufacturers, designers, and clients to advance common goals.
• Contribute and support Business Development sales pursuits and client engagement.
• Active engagement with projects targeting sustainable certification or with client driven specific sustainability centered goals.
