Job summary

The Sustainability Manager at Mohawk Industries will lead company-wide sustainability programs, aligning initiatives with business goals and reporting on progress to executives and stakeholders.

You'll coordinate cross-functional teams, manage data-driven KPIs, and advance energy, water, waste, and carbon reduction efforts across global operations, while staying current with GRI/ESRS/CDP guidance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in sustainability, environmental science, communications, business, or a related field preferred.
• 5+ years’ relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of sustainability programs and initiatives aligned with strategic objectives.
• Identify and prioritize projects in energy, waste, water, and carbon reduction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed sustainability in operations.
• Collect, analyze, and report on sustainability KPIs and progress.
