Job summary

Worley is seeking a Master Planning for Sustainability Lead to drive integrated master planning across engineering disciplines for industrial, energy and resources projects. You will lead multidisciplinary teams, develop conceptual engineering solutions, evaluate feasibility, and engage clients to tailor master plans that advance decarbonization and sustainable outcomes.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field.
Proven experience leading multi-disciplinary engineering/consulting teams in energy, chemicals, resources, or sustainability.
Expertise in master planning processes and conceptual engineering.
Knowledge of sustainability principles, practices, and regulations.
Strong project management skills to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with stakeholders at all levels.
Leadership abilities to develop high-performing teams.
Analytical mindset to evaluate complex technical and environmental challenges.
Proficiency in software/tools for conceptual engineering and sustainability analysis.
Experience in business development and sales in North America and globally.
Ability to travel and work with a team.

Responsibilities

Lead the development and implementation of integrated master planning projects across engineering disciplines.
Advance master planning opportunities by coordinating Advisian, E&W, and ECR Advisory capabilities.
Collaborate to integrate Advisian with Worley’s broader business units.
Strengthen integration of TIL with other disciplines on major projects regionally and globally.
Develop conceptual engineering solutions for sustainable projects considering energy efficiency and carbon footprint.
Assess feasibility and viability of projects, providing client recommendations.
Engage closely with clients to tailor master plans to their goals and challenges.
Represent industrial infrastructure disciplines in client engagements and proposals.
Support methodologies and commercial approaches with business development teams.
Build and lead multidisciplinary teams focused on sustainability master planning.
Engage in Business Development interfaces between Advisian and sales teams.
Contribute to Advisian BD strategy by identifying opportunities for the team.
