Qualifications

• Current college student with junior status or higher.
• Strong writing and editing experience.
• Majoring in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Graphic Design, Digital Media or related field.

Responsibilities

• Write, edit, and proofread content for Westervelt's Sustainability Report.
• Support internal communications and employee messaging.
• Assist with social media and digital content development.
• Create and update layouts in Adobe InDesign.
• Support graphic design projects and marketing materials.
• Assist in preparing files for print and digital publication.
• Create and edit short-form video content.
• Support corporate storytelling and employee engagement initiatives.
• Work with multimedia assets for digital communications.
• Digitize and catalog historical company documents.
• Manage digital assets and metadata.
• Upload content to digital asset management platforms.
• Assist with employee events and communications projects.
• Collaborate with marketing and communications professionals.
