Job summary

Hearth & Home Technologies, LLC seeks a Sustainability Manager to lead enterprise sustainability initiatives from Lake City, MN or Halifax, PA. You will drive energy and waste reduction programs, manage metrics, and report progress to senior leadership.

Travel 30-40% is expected across sites. Ideal candidates have 7+ years in sustainability, a relevant degree, and a strong business mindset to balance environmental impact with cost optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, environmental science, sustainability, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in sustainability, environmental management, engineering, manufacturing, or continuous improvement.
• Experience leading enterprise or multi-site sustainability initiatives with measurable results.
• Strong business acumen, project leadership, and stakeholder influence skills.
• Travel 30-40%.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute HHT's sustainability roadmap and enterprise goals.
• Lead energy, greenhouse gas, waste reduction, and circularity initiatives across multiple sites.
• Identify and implement projects that deliver measurable environmental and financial results.
• Manage sustainability metrics, reporting, and performance improvement plans.
• Serve as the sustainability subject matter expert for leaders and cross-functional teams.
• Build organizational capability through training, engagement, and change leadership.
