Berkshire Residential Investments is seeking a Sustainability Intern to support the Berkshire THRIVE initiative. This 12-week in-person program runs June to mid-August, 9:00 am–5:30 pm, Monday through Friday, offering hands-on experience in real estate sustainability projects.

You will develop materials, analyze performance data, and present findings to senior leadership. The role emphasizes confidentiality, organization, and strong communication as you collaborate across Berkshire's

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree with anticipated graduation in 2028/2029.
• Interest in improving sustainability of the built environment.
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
• Available to work in person for ~12 weeks (June–mid-August), 9:00–5:30.
• Ability to present findings to senior leadership.
• Maintain strict confidentiality.
• Detail oriented and organized.
• Effective written and oral communication.
• Excellent customer service and collaboration skills.
• Ability to communicate across Berkshire departments.

Responsabilités

• Assist day-to-day operation of Berkshire THRIVE Sustainability initiative.
• Develop materials to support sustainability education, marketing, and reporting.
• Analyze sustainability performance data including building metrics and emissions.
• Conduct research on emerging sustainability trends and technologies.
• Support internal sustainability projects and protocols across Berkshire.
