Job summary

Berkshire Residential Investments invites current students to join a 12-week Summer Internship Program in Boston. You will work closely with our Asset Management team, assisting quarterly asset reviews, portfolio modeling, and market research while gaining hands-on real estate investment experience.

The program features mentorship, panel discussions, meet-and-greet with senior leaders, property tours, a volunteering event, and a final project presentation to Berkshire’s Senior Leadership Team.

Qualifications

Current student pursuing a bachelor’s degree with anticipated graduation in 2028
Available to work in person June–August (≈12 weeks) 9:00–17:30, Monday–Friday
Detail oriented and organized
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Excellent customer service and collaboration skills
Aptitude for learning in a dynamic environment

Responsibilities

Assist with preparation of quarterly asset reviews and portfolio management reviews
Collaborate with Data Team on ad hoc projects and reports in Real Insight for Asset Management
Assist with asset/portfolio modeling and quarterly reporting
Research select markets and property sub-sectors
