Job summary

Berkshire Residential Investments seeks a Portfolio and Asset Management Intern to support quarterly asset reviews, modeling, and market research in a hands-on program. You will work closely with mentors, participate in panel discussions, and tour key properties within our portfolio.

During the 12-week program, you will present findings to senior leadership and collaborate across departments, gaining real-world experience in real estate investment and portfolio management.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business or related field with expected graduation in 2028.
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook or similar programs.
• Available to work in person from June to mid-August (approx. 12 weeks) 9:00 am–5:30 pm, Monday through Friday.
• Ability to present findings to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preparation of quarterly asset reviews and portfolio management reviews.
• Assist with asset/portfolio modeling and quarterly reporting.
• Research on select markets and property sub-sectors.
• Present findings and recommendations to team members and senior leadership.
